I am just starting out (again). I lost 30 lbs a year ago and put it back on. Does anyone have any advice to jump start losing weight? I had success with logging foods but I was motivated to do so. Any great motivational tips would be very much welcomed.
In the 200s and looking to get into the 100s, probably about 60-80 lbs of weight loss would be great!

I really like logging my food and exercise, it keeps you honest(at least me it does) find a buddy to work out with or to go for a walk every night. And stay in touch with people on here we can always lend a hand with giving you a kick
