Counting calories on marinades?

I know it won't be a perfect estimate of calories in the steak, but what is the best way to guess the amount of calories the marinade adds? I don't think I would have the patience to measure it out after

I actually estimate it for marinades too. If its a heavy oil type like a salad dressing i'll estimate just the serving size of italian dressing or something

I also just estimate with the serving size, usually 2 T or so per 4 oz of meat.
