Sorry MFP friends I was gone most of the day and am just now getting home.
Feel free to do this if you would like, but remember you don't have too, I feel better knowing if I post this then I have to be honest with myself.

Breakfast:
16 oz fat free cappuccino
banana
Smart One English Muffin
Fiber One oates & peanut butter

Lunch:
Subway 6 in on wheat
Turkey & ham
No Cheese
lettuce
tomato
green pepper
a little lite mayo
bag of baked sour cream & chives
sprite 20 oz cup didn't drink even half of it

Snack :
On the way home 16 oz fat free cappuccino (from Kwick Star)

    Same breakfast:
    3 c skim milk
    3/4 c flax granola cereal
    2 tsp agave

    lunch:
    leftover spring roll (just cabbage, carrots, onions, 1 slice tofu, and cilantro wrapped in rice paper, not fried)
    4 c spring mix
    1.5 oz feta
    .2 c crasins
    2 c squash/mango soup
    3/4 c corn
    .75 oz low fat mozzarella

    For diner last night, since I didn't post:
    spring roll (above)
    veggie sandwich on ww - 1.5 oz (about) goat cheese, with grilled portobello and butternut squash
    1 c spring mix
    and...lemon/rosemary cake! :blushing:

    I'm new, but here is my meals so far!

    Breakfast:
    Coffee with 1 tsp non-dairy cream and splenda
    Trader Joes Cinnamon Crumpet
    Banana

    Lunch:
    10 Garlic Melba Snacks
    4 Tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
    Progresso low-sodium chicken gumbo soup


    I am saving most of my calories for dinner. My husband is bringing dinner from my favorite restaurant. It will be balsamic-mustard glazed salmon with green beans and spinach risotto (might give the risotto to hubby) and a pear, walnut, gorgonzola salad with balsamic dressing (again, most of the cheese is going to hubby! )

    1 slice of whole wheat home made bread!

    Snack:
    Organic Apple

    Lunch:
    2 slices of homemade bread (I REALLY LOVE THIS BREAD!!!!!!!!)

    Breakfast: 2 cups coffee - black 1/2 cup grape nuts with 1% Milk

    Lunch: 1.5 cups mixed salad greens, dice breast of turkey, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and Newman's Sesame Ginger dressing (2 Tbsp Light).

    Snack: Med Naval Orange

    It's a bad day to post.. with Valentine's and all

    Breakfast: a bowl of special K red berries w/ Low Fat Soy Milk 180 cal

    Lunch: a grilled cheese sandwich on whole grain bread 320 cal (I was just in the mood for cheese so i had two slices)

    Snack: five bite size reese's cups 210 cal :grumble:

    You don't realize how many calories are in snacks and candies until you log them...

    took a speed walk in the snow with both of my dogs for one hour...

    Have 816 calories to consume... :huh: not bad i guess....

    Brekkie:

    packet of oatmeal with 1/4 cup of wheat bran
    2 cups of tea with non-fat milk and splenda

    Lunch:

    2/3 cup of Brown rice (corn and mushrooms)
    1/2 cup of sweet potato
    1/2 a medium grilled zucchini
    1 dessert yogurt

    Snacks:

    1 Asian pear
    1/2 cup of grapes
    some chocolate - it IS Vday :wink:

    Dinner:

    Subway - roastbeef
    lettuce, pickles, onions

    Lunch: Homemade tuna tortilla with hot sauce and raw broccli

    Dinner: Jenny Craig Salisbury steak meal

    Snacks: 1/2 grapefruit/ 110 cal pack veggie chips and a smores bar

    lol..now tonight...I cant promise I wont be adding a couple glasses of wine :blushing:

    Afterall it is Valentines day! :love: :heart:

    Lunch: Lean Cuisine Four Cheese Pizza, Diet Caffene Free Coke

    Snack: 9 hershey kisses (it's Valentine's day after all, people!!!) LOL and another Quaker Oat Peanutbutter Chocolate Bar...
