Wondering how long everyone has worked out, particularly weight training and noticed results?

I started weight training january 4th and had an official evaluation every 8 weeks after that. I had significant changes at the first 8 week eval.0

When I started heavy lifting I notice within 3 weeks. I didnt lose any weight but my body was slimmer. Its going to be different for everybody depending on how much weight you need to lose or tone0

the higher your body fat, the less results you're going to see at first until you reduce some of the blubber0
