I was dubious about this whole method where it gives you extra calories to eat depending on the exercise you'd done. SparkDiets had me on 1200-1550 per day, and exercise was just straight up on top of that. I didn't think a diet that rewarded my exercise with extra calories could work, but there are a lot of success stories on this site, and knowing the benefit I get causes me to make decisions like taking my bike instead of public transportation and such. I've only been doing this for five day so far, so we will see what transpires. :-)
