How long/often should I workout for?

So lately I've been able to work out alot (5-6 days a week for 1-2 hrs) since I've been out for summer break and have nothing to do (I'm a college sophmore). I'm going to start school again in about a week so I'm forced to decrease my workout schedule.

So in short, how often do you guys think I should work out and for how long? I do Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism and Extreme Shed and Shred and don't have much weight to loose, only about 10 pounds!
