How long/often should i work out??

So lately I've been able to work out alot (5-6 days a week for 1-2 hrs) since I've been out for summer break and have nothing to do (I'm a college sophmore). I'm going to start school again in about a week so I'm forced to decrease my workout schedule.
So in short, how often do you guys think I should work out and for how long? I do Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism and Extreme Shed and Shred and don't have much weight to loose, only about 10 pounds!
(And yes I did post this twice since I put it in the wrong category at first and was unable to delete it)

They say 30 minutes a day is ideal, or maybe 1 hr 3x/week. Do what your schedule allows you. Exercise of any sort and length counts.0

do whatever works for you.
i work from home so i workout 6 days a week at least an hour a day sometimes 2 or 3 if i go to the gym multiple times. the most i've gone in a day is 3 times :laugh: in the morning before work, then at lunch then after work. let's just say the next day i was feeling it0
