Alright, so I finally weighed myself after a few months because I've just suppressed the reality of my ugly eating habits and avoided the scale. Well, I have gained 10 lbs since probably around January. I'm freaking out now. I'm back home, so I'm not at school anymore (graduated college woohoo!) which is good, but I FORGOT how to discipline myself. I forgot what I SHOULD be eating. That mindset that I once had, that made me lose 50 lbs.. it's not there anymore. What do I do? And I hate being hungry all the time. I'm sick of apples, too.

Well you realize you're grateful to have caught this when it was 10 lbs and you plug in your info into MFP... set your goal to lose .5 lbs/week and track everything. If you only aim for a small calorie deficit, you'll barely notice any restriction I'm sure. I can't stand being hungry either! :D So then you get in some exercise so you can eat even more and enjoy BBQ season... well that's what I do, anyhow.
