What are you eating for snacks now?? Anything can be a snack at my house lol, ill make a sandwhich as a snack if I have the calories available, here lately I shred chicken breast ~3oz and 125g (1 serving) of FF refried beans in a bowl, heat and eat. Loaded with protein, fiber and 250ish calories, if I amwanting a few more calories and fat I add 1oz of CHEESE0

I boil extra eggs on Sunday and keep them in my fridge for the week
Bagel thins with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese
Wheat Thins (the store brands are awesome too!)
Fruit (i.e. grapes, watermelon, strawberries, etc)
Arnold Sandwich Thins with Laughing Cow cheese or some deli turkey
Greek yogurt0 -
There are lots of options for low calorie snacking. If I have the munchies that just won't go away and chew on a couple leaves of raw cabbage....that stops my snack attack because it's filling but it's also a lot of work to chew.0
