Hey All,
Just got off the cross trainer after 25 mins - a little disapointed as I missed my morning excersise time ( hubby leaving for work trip, and appointment after school drop off.)
I try to aim for 40 mins cardio a day, but this afternoon only got the 25 done, the kids started to get unruly and fight so I had to be a responsible parent and referee ;-) then a I just lost my mojo!!!.
So doing something is better than doing nothing right??
Anyone else have times like this?

Something is absolutely better than nothing! I think many people's motivation goes through ebbs and flows. Ups and downs. Be proud of yourself!0
