Advice!

I'm currently severely obese. I have 100+lbs to lose. I was wondering what exercise routines to do?
I really want to lose weight before I go to the beach in September so right now my max calorie each day is 1,200.
I have absolutely no idea. And don't get me wrong, exercise doesn't scare me. I just don't know what to do lol.

    I am in the same boat. When I started to exercise it was the treadmill, elliptical machine, or stationary bike 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Start where you can and build from there. Over the last year I have started the Couch to 5k program, am attempting to be a runner and have found a love for spinning classes at my gym.
    I have also worked with a trainer because strength training is very important, but I never had a clue where to start. If you go to a gym, check out classes and see if they offer a free session with a trainer to get some work out ideas. Good luck! :smile:
