My daily water intake is about 4 35 oz camel bak bottles. How do you get rid of all that water?

If you are in Texas this time of year, you get rid of it by sweating but you would never know it because it is hot-but-not-humid, meaning your sweat evaporates into the air almost instantly. People lose a ton of water that way and don't realize it, leaving them dehydrated and weak.
Keep drinking your water!0 -
We lose water in sweat, faeces, urine and when we breathe out .0
