Getting Serious

Hi All,

I am working on losing at least another 25lbs. I got into P90X a couple of years ago and get into pretty good shape. I lost about 30lbs and was pretty fit. Then tried a few other workout regimens and slowly let the intensity of my workouts slide. I have gained about 10lbs back and have lost the incredible endurance you gain when you are doing intense workouts 6 days/week.

So I have jumped back into P90X and started watching my diet more closely again. I joined MFP some time ago, but never really got serious about it. I am hoping by being disciplined and gaining some supportive friends I can reach my original goal of 185lbs.
