Anyone know of some cheap meal plans online? i've found quite a few which i like BUT they use such a vast range of ingredients for each meal it ends up costing me heaps with my grocery bill... Anyone know of some meal plans which enable me to use ALL of what i buy so im not spending so much money in the shops?

Meal plans are a good place to start to look for ideas, but they're not scripture.

I tend to buy things I know I like and can pre-cook and portion out. The goal is to save time, money and calories.

Try stuff like chicken breast, dry or canned beans, frozen veggies, cheese, yogurt, low-carb tortillas, etc.

Things that can be slow-cooked rock, so having low-sodium bouillon or soups on hand is great, too. Hope this helps.

I tend to eat the following which is very straight forward, day in day out.

    Wake up:
    whey and oats

    11am:
    chicken, peanut butter and spinach

    2pm:
    chicken, rice and spinach

    5pm:
    chicken rice and spinach

    8pm:
Mince burgers with spices or steak and sweet potato

    11pm:
whey shake and oats or chicken and veg

In total I tend to use:
    whey
    chicken
    beef
    rice
    sweet potato
    porridge
    spinach

Of course I can vary things up, include fish instead of chicken, venison or similar in place of beef but when I need to its kept simple and cheap.
