Hey, just signed up to this in an effort to reverse that nasty ageing thing called FAT! :laugh:

I go to Livingwells Gym at East Midlands (hilton hotel)

Fairly rubbish at sticking to this fitness lark so we'll see how it goes! :ohwell:
