2nd Round Insanity folks?

I finished Insanity a few weeks ago and was thinking about doing it again. I was interested in hearing about others who had and how their second round results were. I didn't have quite the result I was hoping for in the first round (second month actually) but I thought I would track my calories more closely, try to clean up the diet a touch more and give it another shot! Maybe... I am interested in how people made hybrid programs and how you work lifting in. I do have a toning video I kind of want to integrate but don't feel like I can spend 2 hours exercising every day. I am up for any tips on what you changed the second time or tips you feel helped you get better results.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just finished my first round of Insanity on June 24th and it was great! I went from 174lbs to about 166-167. I definitely got a lot more lean and lost a bunch of fat off of my belly. I (and my wife) both think it was a really amazing transformation and I feel better than ever! I want to do the program one more time in order to lose about 5 more pounds so I can be super lean and cut. My nutrition is pretty good, but I didn't follow the nutrition guide or count calories at all the first time. This time I will pay a bit closer attention to what I eat and nutrition. Also, I am mixing in a bit of weightlifting and running in with Insanity this time. I think that a lot of people do hybrid programs or even double the insanity workouts on the 2nd round.
After this Insanity round, I plan on trying either p90x or "Asylum".0 -
I'm on my 2nd round currently. I tried it the for the first time about a year ago. This time around thanks to MFP I've been tracking my calories better.
I didn't really watch my calorie intake the first time around and that's why I probably didn't get the results I wanted. I did lose 10 pounds, but that was it.
Also, this time around I've been mixing up Insanity, with Spin cycling and some weight training at the gym. Definitely seeing a more visual result this time around (inches and toning)...I'm not trying to lose pounds since I've already reached my goal weight. So far I'm happy with the results. I'm currently in the middle of recovery week and will start the 2nd month shortly.0
