lunch today:

seared chicken breast, diced tomatoes, and marinated artichoke hearts... YUMMY STUFF!!!

    Sounds great! I'll have to give that a shot when I run out of frozen fish.

    pollock (white fish) fillet topped with Sriracha served on a bed of brown rice with a side of mixed veggies.

    I am a salmon or talipia girl myself... sometimes cod.. only like canned tuna though...

    see today I did a can of chunk light tuna with a diced up hot/spicy pickle and a monster big garden salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, celery, carrot, 1/4 avocado and one chopped up radish) no dressing, never been a big fan of most dressings... sometims I will toss it with a ittle vinegar but that is about it...

    Corn tortilla wrapped around arugula, sliced yellow and orange peppers, oil cured olives, 1 tbsp chipotle hummus, 1 tbsp guacamole. And a non fat yougurt (lemon).

    yeah I brought a few of those weight watchers smart ones to try a few months ago, they are pretty good in a pinch... the Kashi frozen meals are very good as well with a bit less salt in them...
