    or when i didnt set a good example for my friends and family
    or when i constantly gave in to cravings
    or when i wallowed in self pity?

    so thank you for being PROUD of me
    friends like you keep me going with your words of encouragement
    and i never second guess your sincerity...

    I love this!!

    It sounds silly but when ever I see people out exercising, I want to yell "Good for you" or "keep kicking *kitten*" because even though I don't know them, I am proud they are choosing to get out and exercise!!!
