MFP vs TDEE vs Me

So, MFP recommends one calorie intake (1520) and my TDEE minus 25% is 300 cals higher a day than MFP. I typically eat 100-150 cals below what MFP recommends (1350-1400). Your advice on what I should follow and if doing what I naturally do is dangerous in any way????

A good range of foods and/or a vitamin/mineral supplement should cover all the bases.0 -
MFP expects you to eat back your exercise calories. If you calculate TDEE and cut 25%, you have activity level factored in and would not eat back exercise calories. It's up to you which one you would prefer to use.0
