Hello all!
I work inside an office and the extent of exercise I get on a daily basis (at work) is taking the stairs multipul times and a 30 minute walk at lunch.
Are there any exercises you recommend AT the desk? Obviously, i dont want break a crazy sweat and run on the spot, so something more descrete would be great!

I think i will get a ball - rather then my chair, for starters!

I just bought a ball and a jump rope for my office. I only jump for a few minutes at a time so I dont start sweating, same with the ball. And sometimes, if I think about it, I do push ups using the edge of my desk while i'm leaning on it.

Those are great ideas, I need to start doing more that sitting and staring at my computer. I'm all alone in my office, my phone hardly ever rings and I get a walk in client maybe once a week. With all my free time I should be in tip top shape!
