After you have reached a goal weight, what keeps you going after that? Once you reach your weight and your gains in strength and weight loss have stopped what motivates you to keep going? My reasons were health in the beginning and now am no longer on any meds. So I have to have a new goal now. Whats next?

Knowing I'll live longer. When I hit my goal before I had surgery it was the knowledge I would get to see my kid graduate and maybe even some grandkiddies.
But a new goal for me might be to find more fun cardio and so I have to do less boring cardio, if that makes sense. Way more fun to play tennis (read that as chase the ball and miss) with my kid than it is to run by myself.0
