I guess we all get there one time or another... The day our name becomes mommy. Funny enough the name and title tend to set a new lifestyle too. Its been three years and I sport the mom bun, and mom yoga pants (though the most yoga I do is stretching for Thomas who is stuck under the bed). I love my title. But I am hoping that along with being the CEO of track building for Sodor, I can maybe find a little me time and get back to feeling healthy and energetic again. ( humor me ). So here I am. Saying hello and wondering if anyone out there is a master juggler who doesn't mind sharing a few tricks of the trade.

I work full time, plan to track the calories (maybe I'll take note of all the left over chicken nuggets I eat), got myself an exercise program I plan to fit in at lunch, and you guys, I hope, for support.

I was at 127... then got stuck at 130 for years... now I'm 140 and that's it I've had it!

I'm in the same boat! I work full time and trying to fit in time to exercise is stressful. Every night I say I'm going to get up early in the morning before the kids have gotten up but I'm always so tired from getting up with them all night that I just stay in bed. And then there's lunch time. I say I'll go then but I don't like going back to work without showering and who wants to get ready twice in one day?! And then I say I'll go after work but by then I'm either tired from working all day or I just want to be with my babies :) I'm at 133 now (I weighed 140 when I gave birth to my first daughter) and my goal is to get to 120. I'd like to be at my prepregnancy weight but I don't think 110 is realistic when you've had 2 kids and are 34 :) Good luck to you!
