Macros... Is it okay to be over?

I've never paid that close attention to my macros that much. I know it's bad to be over salt by a lot. I'm curious how bad it is to go over on fat. I'm also looking for protein heavy foods that are lower in fat... I can't seem to get my protein up without going over on my fat. Right now my Fat is 58grams (35%) and my protein is 150grams (40%) Is that okay? is my fat too low? Should I worry about it too much?
I was lower carbing it (100grams max daily) but I'm over that... I can't get enough calories and stay under carbs, personally. I was also strength training but not losing weight so I'm totally stalled out and not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I found this article from the Harvard School of Public Health to be very helpful:
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/fats-and-cholesterol/
"...the percentage of calories from fat that you eat, whether high or low, isn't really linked with disease. What really matters is the type of fat you eat."
Because I eat a lot of nuts, seeds, and nut butters, fat usually makes up around 40% of my calorie intake. I'm unconcerned about this.0
