Before and after photos from doing Ripped in 30?

Hi everyone! I just started doing Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and trying to do 30-45 min of cardio in combination. I'm only halfway into week 1, and the first day I really felt my heartrate go up, but I'm just not sure if it's really burning 240 calories in 24 min as some pals suggested?? It doesn't seem to burn as bad as classroom sculpting classes I have done in the past. If anyone has any tips, or especially photos of their success, I would love to see them! I know it's not bad for me either way, but I definitely want to get the most results from my time and effort! Thanks!!
