I am so confused on how many calories i actually need.. this site shows 1200. i have read several other articles & done there calculators. they all range from 1900-2093... i have also read you should at least take in the same amount of calories as your bmr...

Lots of opinions on this. You can search for it on the forums to see what others think. I think the bottom line is finding what's right for you. Good luck!0

Also how lbs a week did you enter to loose per week? I personally think 1200 is to low, unless you are 5'2 100lbs0

i had mine set at 1 - 1 1/2 a week .. i am 5"1 135.0
