Eating your BMR question.

Woah, my BMR is a lot lower than I thought. o: Only about 1380. I've been trying to eat that or a bit less. So, am I going to continue losing weight? I don't really want to. I'm at my ultimate goal weight. I'm 5'9.5" and 115lbs and so I don't think I should lose anymore. But I just can't bring myself to eat more. Being vegetarian and a health -freak-, my calories just naturally end up lower.

You exercise a ton, right? Your maintenance calories should be BMR + exercise calories. It might take some tweaking to get to where your weight is stable0
