I need some really good running shoes? what are your suggestions?

    depends on where you live but I went to running specific stores (here called the running room) get them to look at how you walk and determine what kind of support you need and then you can pick a shoe from there.
    If you have no arch or need a lot of support then you can get orthopedics and then have a wider choice of shoe.
    Having a good running shoe is important and you can wear them for 3-6 months depending on how much you run but if you are running all the time be aware that they will need replacing.
    And the cost around here is $120 and up.

    You should go to a running store and get fitted, everyone is different. I love my brooks but sacrony are also good, um new balance, there are a lot but definitely go to a running store! Good luck :happy:
