What can I reasonably expect to lose in 15 weeks?

Hi

Hope you are all well!

I currently weigh 175lbs, I am 5'4.

How much do you think that I could reasonably expect to lose in 15 weeks?

By sticking to MFP and exercise do you think that I could lose 21lbs in 15 weeks?

    Hi,

    I reckon that if you really stick to it this is d definitely possible. Its recommended that to lose weight safely you should only lose 1 -2 lb a week and in 15 weeks this is less than 2lb a week so I think you could do this!! Good Luck xx
  • Yes!! I am 5foot4 and have lost 10kgs [22lbs] in 35 days on MFP and I have had relaxed eating days :wink: and slack exercising days! I am *cough* 38yrs old [they say it is harder to lose weight over the age of 30? ]
    So I am sure if you really want to lose 21lbs then 15 weeks is plenty of time :)
