    This 5# would put me at my first personal goal! I also do what another post said, weigh a couple times a week to make sure i did ok with sodium intake and such the prior day, I adjust my day accordingly after.
    I'm setting small goals for myself in hopes that it keeps me motivated.

    6/6-203 (-0.8)
    6/13-202 (-1.8 total)
    cw: 6/21- 200 (-3.8 total) Pushing past the mark! Yeah boy! Almost there! We can do it!

    Starting to feal really good. At first I was kind of down because I was yo-yoing, but I think I got it now. Down 4 lbs almost 5 with one week to go. I should definitely hit my goal of 5 lbs by the end of Jun.

    This is my first post, so not sure if done correctly, I would like to be in on this chalange even if it is 06/21/12....better late than never...need help to be motivated to do any healthy eating :O) I'M 4'11' too short for the weight i have........ :o(

    Weigh in - 1st June = 179lb :-)

    Weight in - 8th June = 179lb p this is rubbish i stuck to 1200 calories this week with exercise and no movement!! :sad:

    Weigh In - 15th June = 179lbs again no movement and stuck very close to 1200 calories

    Weigh In - 22nd June = 177lbs :-) woo hoo about time!

    HUGE NSV!!! I checked my BMI and I am no longer Obese - I'm OVERWEIGHT!!! Can't tell you all how very many years that has been since I saw this weight!

    My 4th half marathon went amazingly well on June 2(the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!
    After so long without scale movement it is hard to believe!
    I haven't weighed this low in over 15 years!
    I just might make it this month!!!

    Woo Hoo I hit my June Challenge goal weight a week early. This is the first challenge I've ever done so I don't know if its the reason but this is the best month for losing weight that I have had in a while so I am definitely happy! :)
