Good morning to all. I really need your help. Once I started my weight loss journey I started eating breakfast regularly. I usually have cereal and soy milk because it's easy. It has lots of sugar and I'm starting to get tired of it. My problem is I don't really like most conventional breakfast foods. Do any of you have other types of food you eat for breakfast that doesn't involve eggs or cereal? Preferably something that can be done the night before would be awesome. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Also as a random side note...Why do cucumbers have calories but pickles don't? That makes no sense to me at all.

Have a great day everyone :)

Meghan

I like beans and rice for breakfast. Cheap, easy, filling, and I can make a big batch to last all week.

I know eggs are a "traditional" breakfast food, but hear me out... I scramble two egg whites in olive oil with some fresh garlic, basil, rosemary, tomatoes and some roast beef. High in protein, low in fat and cabs. Plus, it tastes more like a pasta dish than eggs!
