I was at a training course at work today. I walked in and there were three plates on the table all full of biscuits. They also each had two apples.
I am proud to say I had none and chose an apple instead.
Biscuits are one of my weaknesses and I could sit and eat and eat them. To resist today felt great.
Then at lunch there was a plate of desserts - muffins and shortbreads - again I resisted and took fruit salad off another plate.

Oh I had the same thing earlier this week! We had a management meeting, and there were tons of pastries (doughnuts and whatnot), and I had none! Also, for the first time I didn't just feel proud to resist, but completely fine and almost untempted.
