Hi all! Just started level 2. I am SO glad I did level 1 for 10 days! It's tough but doable! I can only imagine what level3 is like.....ewwwww

Well I am a week behind ya'all!! Started KB&T this morning! Enjoyed it and can start to feel it in my butt now lol what's level 2 like? And what are your favourite and least favourite moves and why?

i like all the moves BUT the side plank lift leg thing and the lay on side and put the leg 90 degree and raise it lol0 -

That move is a killer I have to do the modified version and still struggle lol c0 -
