Looking for new friends

I have been on MFP for a couple years, I have feel off the wagon a couple times and lost alot of my support. I am a stay at home mom who would love to add anyone who would support me. We travel alot so anyone out there who travels and has any tips please feel free to share them with me. I struggle the most on our travel days to eat the best, since fast food is just so darn easy. I have PCOS and am prediebetic so I need to lose this weight not only for my health but to be here for my daughter. I log in daily and I weigh in weekly so anyone wanting to do weekly challenges I am up to it I just really want someone to motivate me to become the person I know I can become. As always happy losing!!!

It sucks, but instead of the drive through, you can go into the grocery store and usually come out with a salad from the 'to go' bar. Take it to a nearby park and eat there, and then- get some stretching and some exercise in. Make a challenge of it.... for example: 'I have to do 20 push ups, 20 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, and 30 windmills each day during this trip'- spread it out throughout the day.
well... just an idea.

Yes, fast food is the devil lol. It's so hard when we travel to different states to not try the food. I must say I hate Ive regained the weight ive lost but all that food was so worth it, well in a way lol. Now to avoid eating out so much and even making better choices when we eat at home.0
