Hello,
I've just come across this Move Your @$$ challenge this afternoon. I hope it is not too late to join in.
There are 17 days left of June and as I'm new to fitness and so I do not know what goal I would be capable of reaching so I have decided that 2 miles a day would be good for me. That's a goal of 34 miles by the end of June. I plan to be walking my miles.
Today I have already done 5615 steps which my pedometer confirms is 2.37 miles. A great start.
Good luck to everyone for the rest of the june challenge and thank you for letting me join you.

It was raining here this morning, so I head to the gym... Very bad idea! :noway: Packed with people, and everybody was sooooo cranky!!!! :huh: All those people definitely need to move their @ss more!!
Well, I was definitely "cranky" today (although I use a different word), so I'll try moving my @$$ more tomorrow to try to cure that! :laugh:
Today's report from me: walked the crazy dog 5.9 miles. Also walked the husband for part of that; he didn't require a leash.

I did a 5K run this morning for a TEMPO run so i have a base line. I have a lot of work to do but still pleased with the run. 11 miles so far this week with my long run of 8 miles on Saturday and a full day of rescue scuba diving training in the pool on Sunday. I will defiantly help my goals this weekend.
