Thanks speedyf, wightrose, and JTH11706 for your encouragement! I felt so good about running a full 5K in a row on Thursday that I went ahead and did it again yesterday! Yay! I didn't have a chance to get on here to update yesterday since I rushed right to a super fun wedding right after my run. I definitely need to get in some more miles to get myself on track to reach my goal by the end of the month!!
