1/3 C. 2 % Milk
1 1/4 C. Water
Handful of Ice
3 Tbls Quick Cook Oats, Dry
2 Tbls SF FF Choco Pudding Mix, Dry
2 Tbls FF Honey Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
Dash of Cinnamon
1 Splenda Pkt.

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend away. If it is too thick just add a little bit of water to loosen up.

I think I will try that with Almond milk. Don't drink regular milk. Sounds yummy

I've never done this, but saw it and thought "what the heck", couldn't hurt. It made it thicker and I'm full-feeling. Definitely a plus.
