Question for Runners

My half marathon in on September 2nd! I'm following a training schedule to help me get back into running more. I missed my last two long runs and only ran twice the last week (7 & 8 Miles) since I was on vacation (bad excuse.. ). My question is, should I continue where I stopped and run my 7 miles this wknd, or just pick up where I should be? I feel like, I'm falling behind in my schedule and it would be best to just do the 9 miles this SUnday, but I don't want to end up hurting myself!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I would suggest continuing from where you stopped, not jumping ahead. I would hate to see you get injured from upping your mileage too fast.0

I agree. pick up where you left off or go back a week not move a head.0

It's all how you feel. If you are worried continue where you stopped. Besides it's in September, you have plenty of time if you are already running 8.0

You have 12 weeks until your race, plenty of time to train (especially as you've already developed a running base). Pick up where you left off rather than trying to rush things.0
