Vote for my workout tonight -I can't decide!

Two options:

1. Master's swim practice, IM night -which means we work on all of the strokes. There's a long course meters meet this weekend and I'm a little nervous about it. We might also do starts, which would help.

2. Season opener of a weekly trail race -I'm a trail running fanatic and I've been waiting for this trail race series to start all year! I know it happens every week, but pretty soon it will be too warm for me and I won't be able to do these. Tonight might already be pushing it at 80 degrees.

Recent workouts:
Last week: 24km trail race, 2 swim workouts
This week: 25km trail race (Sunday), hard test set swim workout yesterday

AHHH, I'm so torn!!!!

    I'd say if you swam yesterday, go for the trail run today. But that's just me as I get bored easily and need some variation.

    I'd be running (but that's only because my swimming sucks - and I have a sprint tri in just over 8 weeks :sad: )

    Swimming, but that's cos I'm ace at swimming but awful at running.
