Hi, Im Roberta and will be 57 this year. I have decided id need to get into a consistant work out program so I can stay healthy and eat healthy. I find being this age that your metabolism RULES and you must keep working at it even if you don't see the scale move. I get depressed at times because it takes so long to lose the weight even when Im doing a 1200 calorie diet and exercise. I still need to lose another 35 lbs. I have lost 13 all ready but it took me about 9 months to do that being on a 1200 calorie diet.
I know if I went to a 1000 diet that would help me lose however I don't know if that is healthy for me.
I just need some "keep it up girl" once in a while to know its more about my health than trying to look so perfect in a bathing
suit!
Thanks,
Roberta
