Hey there! My name is Laura, and I need a push. Last year I lost 17 pounds doing zumba and diet. But zumba is not enough to tone. So my body is little flabby right now. This year I started working and studying in college. Therefore, I have little time to do Zumba. I need a boost to exercise, at least 30 minutes. per day.
