Hi everyone,

I used to be scared of taking my hands off of the bars on the treadmill but a couple of weeks ago I decided to get over it and tried a jog...since then I've been doing some kind of jogging in my workouts.

I don't know if this is normal but I'm just getting into jogging and just last night after my speed interval workout (jogging at 7.5 and running at speed 9 for 3mins then 2 mins respectively) but after my knees ached. It's not like really painful but I'm scared I'm doing it wrong or is it normal to get little aches in your knees when you're new to jogging/running?

I've been researching it today but thought I'd ask you guys here! I want to learn how to run with the proper technique so I don't damage anything!

Thanks to anyone who replies! :flowerforyou:
