Hi everyone! Been using this site about a month now and not used the community pages yet.
When I started I weighed 226lb and was looking to lose 86lb to get down to 140lb. 4 weeks later I have lost 18lb and I am so proud of myself! I'm on the Slimfast diet but also use this site to keep my daily intake below 1250 calories. It's so easy with the food database.
I look forward to speaking to some of you in future.

You can add me if you like. I started at 222lbs, and am looking to lose 72, to get down to 150. I've lost 12lbs so far. I'm trying to get some physical activity every day, and am focusing on eating healthy. I've brought down my daily calorie count from about 2300 per day to around 1700. I figure I'll continue to gradually decrease until I get down to around 1500, which seems about right for my height and activity level. I don't eat back my excercise calories.0
