Want to Help me Calculate my Calories & Macro's?

I'm not being lazy posting this. I've tried numerous sites and went by what i read in NROLFW and my BMR & TDEE results are different everywhere - and not just by a little - I've noticed huge differences. I've heard about activity multipliers being inaccurate so i never know what to use there either! I'm sort of maths dyslexic so maybe I've calculated things wrong.
