Hello, hello, I'm over 50 and my goal is to weigh 140 - that's 50 pounds. This is the end of my first week and I weigh in tomorrow. I've done good this past week. Watching my food intake, walking 30 or more minutes a day and the elliptical trainer once a week. I'm in the New Orleans area and always looking for someone to walk with.0
