Went on the treadmill for first time

After seeing all the people doing the C25K program I decided to give it a go. Managed to run 2k, 0.3k walk (while drinking water) and then another 0.7k run at the end. Not bad for a first go!

Shattered but I feel my legs got a good workout for the first time in ages. Think I can manage another run in a couple of days to let me recover.

I have a serious question. What do you do about the chaffing??

How do you stop it? :blushing:
