my mom's chicken mole

Whew, I already logged in my dinner for tonight. I am visiting my parents and my mom is making chicken mole. Yuuuuuummmm! I figure it to be about 900 calories counting the refried beans, no tortilla. I am estimating on the high side to be safe. So, I have my work cut out for me today. I've got to burn a lot of calories! Wish me luck.
