I am new to my fitness pal and I love it!. What a great way to keep up with our progress and lots of inspiration from others! I am working towards losing 25 pounds. So far, I have lost four. But it's only been one week.
I have several friends that have lost weight to tell me that they would take ONE day a week, say Sunday, and eat anything they wanted for just that day. Do any of you do that? Is it a bad idea?

Hey Welcome
It's actually better to have one day where you eat badly than no days at all. This is because your mind will slow down your metabolism as it see's there is less food coming in. Slow metabolism = slower weight loss. So definitely treat yourself once a week, besides you deserve it!0 -
Wow! You're doing great! I do love my breads and pasta. I hope that I can figure out a way to have a little of some the things I love without getting bored with the same food and fall off the wagon. I really want to be successful this time!0
