I lost 60 pounds 2 years ago. It was amazing, I felt great, I ran in 3 1/2 marathons and had so much energy.

Last year I gained almost all of it back.

Now, I've lost 19 pounds again and I have another 58 to go. I have signed up for a 1/2 marathon on the 4th of July but I am really struggling this time around. I've luckily found a step class that I go to once a week, the instructor is amazing and I love going. I'm trying to wog (walk/jog combo) 3x week and add in some weights. The wogging isn't going so hot, I lose steam after about 5 miles. when I say lose steam, I mean I hit a wall and can barely move my legs. I have to run 13 miles in a little over a month, oh my!

Oh yeah, I also work FT, go to school for nursing, have 3 dogs and a foster dog. Yup, no stress!

I would love to talk/follow others with some similar goals perhaps. I tend to lose motivation so am hoping by joining the community I will have that extra "umph"

    I'm not a runner or even a 'wogger', but I have 60lbs left to lose and a very busy life - 4 kids, a dog, 2 cats, 2 hamsters, a husband, and a full-time job! Feel free to add me if you like.

    Me too!! I need to get this weight off and start and keep exercise in my life! Plan on starting a C25k in the next week :)
