Vegetable Chips- good or bad for you? I mean, I'm not going to count them as a veggie or anything but are they better than baked chips for when you need a good crunch?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts

I think the veggie straws are yummy and way better for you than regular chips. For instance I am on WW and a small bag (like the kind at Subway) of regular chips are anywhere from 7-9 points per bag and 38 ranch flavored veggie straws are only 3 points. (which is probably more than you would even get in a bag!). Not sure if we are talking about the same thing, but if not, check those out0

I think they are better if you are looking at calories and fat. I'm sure fresh veggies would be the best way to go but I like a little crunch with my sandwiches.0
