Right now I'm in the middle of my 3rd week! I do dread it some days but other days I actually look forward to it! I think it's a great workout you should def give it a try!0

I am on week 2, and it is brutal!! But once you get thru it, wow you feel amazing!! I feel myself getting stronger and getting thru more of it each day. Good luck!0

Just started Day One today, and in conjunction with Insanity I'm doing a Marching Band Conditioning program to prepare for camp in August. Only one day, but I already feel great and love the workout. Can't wait to see where it takes me!0
